Eric Shain specializes in retail investment sales across the Western United States. He has experience in the disposition of a broad range of retail properties including single-tenant net lease (STNL) properties, strip centers, anchored shopping centers, and lifestyle centers. He also specializes in the “parcelization” of larger shopping centers and in facilitating tax-deferred 1031 exchanges throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Eric was a member of CBRE’s National Retail Partners — West (NRP-West) team based in Newport Beach, which consistently ranked as one of the top retail investment sales teams nationally. Since 2017, Eric has closed over $650 million in retail property sales.
