Kirk has more than 25 years of retail investment sales experience. Over the course of his career, he has completed nearly 800 investment sales, exceeding $13.1 billion in value and 62.7 million square feet. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Kirk was a founding member of CBRE’s National Retail Partners – West (NRP-West) group, which consistently ranked as one of the top retail investment teams nationally.
Due to his broad retail investment experience, Kirk is skilled at handling complex transactions and creating maximum value for clients. Utilizing a personal, consultative approach, Kirk offers optimal strategies for disposition, acquisition, valuation, hold/reposition, “parcelization,” and finance that have been honed over hundreds of successful retail assignments.
Over the years, Kirk has represented high-net-worth private investors, developers, family offices, and institutional clients including AEW, BlackRock, Blackstone, Crow Holdings, Federal Realty, The Festival Companies, Kimco Realty, Merlone Geier, Phillips Edison, Prudential, Regency Centers, Raider Hill, ROIC, RREEF (DWS), SENTRE, Westwood Financial, and many others.
